Douglas was a huge blessing to our family. He took care of both my elderly parents several nights a week, for quite some time, until we had to transition them to full time care. He was always reliable, extremely gentle and patient with them, particularly attentive to my father, who has advanced dementia, which gave my mother, and all of us, great peace of mind. He is a genuinely caring person, and an ideal caregiver.
