I worked with Laura for an end of life patient . She oversaw and managed the crew for the patients care . She was very knowledgeable about how to care for the patient as well as how everything would play out . Confident With Answering questions about the end of life process providing family and staff with coping skills to help make the transition go smoothly . Laura worked over time many days to make sure there was always coverage for patient so family could relax knowing their loved one was cared for and that every detail was handled .
