FBI background check on file; currently in exclusively infant care. I started as a volunteer in my Church's nursery and have been working with children for 11 yrs now (always specializing in care for children 4-18 mos), developing and enriching my care over the years to be a top-level caregiver; this past year I reached care. com's #1 caregiver in Lancaster. I am CPR and First Aid Certified, have worked under a licensed and accredited provider at Tri-Star Academy, and graduated cum laude from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor's Degree in both German and Environmental Biology (including studies in psychological development). I have always been a curious explorer, but have never been able to let go of my fun-loving childlike side, collecting dolls and scrapbooking and loving my roles in theater. My love to engage and play with children has always been paired with the drive to nurture and provide a nourishing environment unique to the child's needs.
