About Dori

Hi there, I'm Dori and I'm a UO student studying outdoor recreational leadership and environmental education. I have 6 years of babysitting experience and I currently work part time at Bounce Gymnastics as an aerial acrobatics instructor and beginners gymnastics coach. I get a lot of joy out of helping children explore movement and build growth mindset. As much as I love to have fun, I'm very safety conscious as well. I'm trained in CPR, AED, choking rescue procedures, concussion awareness, first aid, fire extinguishing, and water safety. This fall I will also be earning certification as a wilderness first responder. My focus is on giving your child safe and creative care while you are away. I love games, I play outside, and I can hold my own in a conversation about your kid's favorite franchise. I can incorporate movement or academic subjects by request. In my spare time I like to read, rock climb, backpack, and collect Garfield Merchandise. I speak English and Japanese.
