About Patricia

Hello! My names Patty, I'm from Oregon and I've been living in Colorado for a year now! I have an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and I'm currently working towards getting my TEFL degree to become an English teacher. I have 2 years of professional nannying experience for children ages 7 and 9. I also have experience working as an outdoor instructor at the River House Outdoor Center. As an outdoor instructor, I taught a variety of sports to students ages 6-15. These sports included, rock-climbing, skateboarding, archery, and kayaking. I also taught bike safety classes at various elementary and middle schools. I have 5 years of experience as a gymnastics coach. As a coach, I taught gymnasts as young as preschool age, all the way up to high school. I have a passion for teaching and I love kids. On my free time, I love to play my guitar, cook, create art, spend time outdoors and skateboard. I also love animals!
