For the past 10 years, I've been dedicated to helping elementary school students unlock their full potential. I hold a graduate degree and create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment, focusing on building confidence and a love for learning. I actively listen to students and vary my teaching strategies, using visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions to meet their individual needs. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrate small successes, and break down complex problems to build momentum. Communication is essential, so I provide regular updates to parents. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow is the most rewarding part of tutoring for me. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I would love to help your child succeed in English!
