My family and I hired Donna when our 90 year old father/grandfather’s cancer and dementia were worsening and he was requiring more intensive care. Donna managed his medications, made sure he was always clean and well fed, took him to appointments, and brought him a lot of joy and companionship. Her excellent organization and daily updates brought us peace of mind when we could not be with our loved one. Donna always went above and beyond to make us all feel comfortable during a very difficult time. She also was a huge help around the house to make sure things were clean and tidy, and was great with our pets. Donna came to us via a word of mouth care request and referral. My dad had required an increased amount of care and we wanted to keep him at home. Upon initial meeting we felt that she would be a great fit for our family. Most  important was the fantastic rapport she had with my dad. She was not afraid to tackle any of our requests (all within the scope of a care provider). She even provided us with suggestions since elder care was new to us.
