With over 10 years of experience creating and executing fitness programs at senior centers, and other community locations, I offer an approachable, dependable presence. I have a bachelors degree in education and psychology and I maintain current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, mobility assistance, errands, and transportation to medical appointments. I prioritize understanding your loved one's unique history and preferences to build a meaningful connection. I provide regular updates through your preferred communication method to ensure peace of mind.
