Please be advised that I am cancelling my subscription with Care. com. I have been a customer of Care. com for 10+ years. While I had previously managed my account to avoid ongoing charges when the service was not actively needed, a recent interaction involving a background check reactivated automatic monthly payments. Moving forward, I will no longer be using the Care. com platform. I am choosing to disengage from services with companies that employ opaque billing practices, and I encourage others to thoroughly review their subscription details and payment settings for all online services to avoid unintended charges. I have 30+ years experience caring for people with varying disabilities. I have experience with medical supplies, dressing, food prep, and companionship. I'm familiar with, dementia care, a Hoyer lift, condom catheters, adult diapers, administering meds, other medical devices. I'm a team player, I'm flexible, I'm a good asset to any team.
