Domenica was the full-time caregiver for my three children (current ages 23 months, 3 years, 5 years) for nearly two years, from January 2024-November 2025. To say she is an absolutely exceptional caregiver is an understatement. Domenica prioritizes compassion, patience, diligence, safety, structure, stability and, most importantly, love into every interaction she has with the children she cares for. When she first started with us, my daughter was a newborn and my son was just 17 months old. He was behind the traditional benchmarks for his age. Fast forward to now, and you'd never know it. Domenica patiently and lovingly worked with him to help him walk and talk, all while caring for our newborn and occasionally our then-3-year-old. Domenica never showed up to work late, and adhered to the structure I asked that truly helped my children thrive. My two youngest now speak fluent Spanish as well. Domenica will always have a special place in our family's heart. Any family who hires her will be lucky and blessed to have her as past of their lives. I would highly, highly recommend Domenica as your next nanny.
