About Dionte

I am a paraprofessional and collegiate women's basketball coach committed to growth, mentorship, and empowering others to reach their potential. In the classroom, I provide individualized support that builds confidence, helps students overcome challenges, and develops the skills they need to succeed in an encouraging environment. As a coach, I've worked with athletes of all ages and skill levels, focusing on fundamentals and translating practice into performance. My approach is to mentor players through the challenges of being student-athletes, teaching lessons that apply on and off the court. At the core of everything I do is mentorship--helping others grow, believe in themselves, and prepare for the next stage of their journey. I am CPR, BLS, and Concussion certified.
