About Mical

I have over eight years of experience working with children and young adults with diverse learning needs, with a strong background in special education. I currently work in an elementary school setting and enjoy providing individualized support that helps students build confidence and strengthen their academic skills. I am patient, encouraging, and understand that every child learns differently. I adapt my approach to meet each student's individual needs, learning style, and pace. I can provide support with elementary-level reading, writing, math, homework, and skill development. My goal is to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, working through challenges, and celebrating their progress.
