I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential. With six years of experience as a certified teacher and a college degree, I've honed my ability to create engaging and supportive learning environments. I actively listen to students and observe how they interact with new material. I adapt my teaching methods by varying my strategies, using visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I celebrate small successes and break down complex problems into manageable steps. Regular communication is essential. I provide updates to parents to reinforce learning at home. I tutor Math, English, and Science to elementary and middle school students. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
