My family and I are incredibly grateful to have had Dina care for our 2nd born when he was 3 months old after I returned to work. Our first nanny was a referral 6 years prior, and no longer available so we were recommended to try Care.com - I was skeptical at first to be honest as vetting candidates myself was overwhelming. Dina responded to my post and was very responsive to out subsequent communication. We considered Dina as an extended member of family for the foreseeable future, but life took an unexpected turn as I'm due for our 3rd this August and decided it was best for me to take a break from my demanding career. Dina is super loving and extremely dependable. She worked Mon-Fri 8-4pm -flexible if we ever needed her earlier or later. She helped with light housework when need and prepared meals for the baby. I never asked her to send me pictures of their park adventures, she did it on her own daily and seeing his little face pop up on my phone would light up my day at work
