Hi - My name is Diana. I've been working with kids since I was 15; I am passionate about it. I started by watching my younger brother and sister, and then began babysitting for kids in my neighborhood. I Provided child care for several families after school, weekends, and during school vacations. Over the last few years, I've worked primarily with infants and toddlers, pre-schoolers and middle childhood. I am willing to provide care for children of all ages. Because I have reliable transportation I like to take the kids outside to nearby parks, trails, two run around and use their wonderful imagination. I actively engage children in age appropriate activities from reading, playing board games both In or outdoors. I am able to help with homework or school projects. I ensure children are safe and in sight. I prepare lunches, snacks and pay extra attention to the nutritional values of food.

Diana has been with our family since our son was just 7 months old, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She has supported him through every major milestone — from crawling and walking to talking and now navigating the “terrible twos.” He is now 2 years old and in preschool, and she continues to watch him after school (sometimes together with my 3-year-old nephew at times), giving them the perfect outlet to burn off energy at the park and learn to play, share, and self-regulate. Her patience, consistency, and nurturing approach are remarkable. Diana has also stepped in to help with our 6-year-old daughter who has significant special needs, and she approaches her with the same grace, understanding, and calm presence. As a family with unique needs and a husband who travels frequently for work, having someone we trust so deeply is invaluable. She is always willing to work extra hours when needed — including evenings and occasional weekends — and supports our family through night routines and busy days when I cannot manage both kids on my own. Diana is reliable, compassionate, responsible, and an absolute godsend. She has become such an important part of our family, and any family would be incredibly lucky to have her. We are forever grateful for her care.
