About Diem-mi

Hi! My name is Mimi, and I am passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed academically in an encouraging environment! I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. I have experience tutoring students of all ages, including private tutoring for college Anatomy and Physiology courses, Heart Math tutoring for elementary students, and private math and reading tutoring for K-5. I also worked for 2 years in an after-school program supporting elementary and middle school students with homework, study skills, and academic growth. I understand that every student learns differently, so I focus on adapting my teaching style to each student's individual needs while creating a positive and motivating learning environment.
