With two years of experience, I create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment, believing every student has unique potential. I actively listen and observe to adapt my teaching methods, using visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions to suit individual learning styles. I celebrate small successes and break down complex problems to build momentum, fostering a love for learning. Open communication with students and parents is essential for understanding needs and setting clear expectations. The most rewarding aspect for me is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and growing confidence. I can help with English for elementary and middle school students.
