I'd describe my personality as patient, kind and responsible I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them learn, grow and safe I am looking for a job where there is open communication, trust, and respect between the children, parents, and caregiver. I want to be part of a family that values teamwork and providing the best care for their children. I started caring for children three years ago in the United States, and I also have two years of childcare experience in my home country. I have experience creating a safe, caring, and positive environment for children while supporting their daily routines and development.
