About Diana

I enjoy working with kids because it allows me to connect while making a difference in someone's life even if it's just small. Their energy and creativity make each day unique, and I find joy in helping them learn, grow, and feel understood. I'm drawn to work that makes a positive impact, especially when it involves helping others, problem solving, or contributing to something bigger than myself. In my spare time, I like to hangout with friends whether that's going to get food, going to the park, or just in my backyard. I also really enjoy playing sports especially basketball. One thing you should know about me is when I'm babysitting I genuinely care about creating a safe, fun, and respectful environment. I take the responsibility seriously, and I always try to connect with kids in a way that makes them feel comfortable, heard, and happy. Some of my skills include of patience and communication. I want to make sure that the child feels like they can tell me what they need.
