Diana provided truly exceptional care for our three children, ages 9, 6, and 2. She consistently demonstrated a wonderful combination of compassion, diligence, and fun that made our home feel calm, organized, and happy while she was with the kids. Diana connected easily with each child at their own developmental stage—engaging the older ones with conversation and creative activities while also providing patient, attentive care for our toddler. Her natural comfort and confidence with children clearly reflect her background growing up in a large family where she spent many years helping care for her younger siblings. That experience shows in her attentiveness, patience, and ability to anticipate children’s needs. She was dependable, thoughtful, and proactive, always ensuring the children were safe, well cared for, and having fun. Most importantly, our kids genuinely looked forward to spending time with her, which speaks volumes about the warmth and positivity she brought into our home.
