I have A great passion for the elder caring, warms my heart to give my compassion, sincerity, loyalty to someone who needs the everyday care and companion, my experience: meals, give meds, exercise, bathing, assistance to restroom, assist in depends changing, clothing/shoes changing, grooming hair/nails/shaving, take to salon for grooming, docs appt/scheduling, meds pickup from pharmacy, driving to errands, market, just driving around, stores, banks, just to have a meal outside the house, companion on a daily base, I handled all shifts/hours, timekeeping, payroll, most of all to have a great communication with the family.

She is an exceptional caregiver goes above and beyond. The client comes first

Diana provided exceptional care for my 93-year-old mother with dementia. She not only helped keep her calm, fed her, and distributed her medicine on time but also showed great affection towards our 90-pound Labrador DeeOGee) keeping him company and content.

Diana was a great companion and caregiver for my dad during his last days. He always asked me what time she was coming in and was sad to see her go at the end of each shift. She's extremely knowledgeable and patient. Among many things, I appreciated her expertise, punctuality, cooking, sense of humor, and communication skills.

Diana was a wonderful caregiver and companion to my father. She had a perfect track record of being reliable and professional, while also having a great attitude and sense of humor! I appreciated her open communication and upfront demeanor. I found in Diana a responsible caring individual who came with a wealth of care-giving knowledge and experience, who was also able to quickly adapt to my father's ever changing needs. Even when presented with challenging situations, Diana presented with a proactive helpful attitude and solutions. I wholeheartedly recommend Diana as a caregiver to any family.

I fell for a bait and switch. I texted her a few times. When I talked to Diana on the phone, she wasn't available for work but referred me to her 31 yr old son who wasn't employed and wasn't in school. And he wasn't an IHSS Provider! I specifically mentioned I was looking for an IHSS provider. I wasted so much time. Eric was unprofessional. His work email was "shes_my_nerd" . I told him in the interview I highly preferred someone Covid Vaccinated. Eric said he would get vaccinated later and he had nursing experience but his license lapsed. When I couldn't verify his expired license with the state board, I decided not to hire him. He didn't realize the seriousness of lying about having a license! Eric had an adult school certificate and not a license. He didn't realize that lying about having a professional license is a serious problem! He became irate and harassed me for not hiring him. I had to block him.

Diana was hired to care for my elderly bedridden mother in law. She has helped us is coordinating my mother in law's doctor appointments and she has helped us in understanding her prescription needs.  She has been there to help my mother in law with all of her personal needs as well. Both my husband and I work full time and needed help and she has been a loyal and dedicated caregiver for my mother in law. I highly recommend her.

Diana has been a wonderful addition to our care giving team for my mom.  I appreciate and value that she is pro-active, always looking for ways to make my 94 year old mother more comfortable, trying different foods my mom can eat and may like, foods that are nutrient & calorie dense.  Unlike so many care givers I've worked with, Diana is conscientious and makes the effort to engage with my mom with music, laughter and just talking with her.  She's helpful, resourceful and definitely not a slacker.  I don't worry or get stressed when I leave the house for a while. Diana is an overall wonderful person and she is a lot of fun to work with. She is the only person I interviewed who came prepared with printed out letters of recommendations from previous employment.  From day one, she fit right in with our household. I am so glad to have her with us during this challenging time.

Diana and her son did a wonderful job in taking care of my 88 year old dad, and helping him with his mobility issues.
They always show up on time and kept me up dated on my dads progress.

Diana worked with my 97 year old father, who had dementia and who had low vision and was extremely hard of hearing,  for 18 months.  During that time she assumed more and more responsibility.  Diana demonstrated a true passion for working with my dad, engaging him, helping him and caring for him.  Before dad passed away, Diana was in charge of a team of caregivers for 24/7 coverage.  She oversaw all activities of  his daily care, menu planning and meal preparation, researching his special dietary needs.  Diana did all the shopping, errand running, medication pickup, driving to medical appointments, and when needed making new appointments.   Diana set up dad's medications for administration , she researched what the drug was for in order to better understand what the interactions were.  
Diana demonstrated organizational and managerial skills that are rarely found.
 I cannot express how great Diana did, and how she made it easier for me and my family, knowing that she was taking care of dad, and that he thus was able to stay in his home until he passed.
