About Dharma

Hi there Families! My name is Dharma, I am 23 years old and live in Asheville! I am looking for parents in need of either a full time or part time Nanny. In recent years I have been doing nannying for families with little ones 3 and under, helping with their development and motor skills. I also have used sign language with kids as a way to start communication skills early. I have worked with kids on their potty training skills and moving to solid foods, reading books, identifying letters/colors/numbers, and more. Every family is different, and that is where I come in. I personalize my approach to fit each family's needs and desires. Recently I have begun to move into a bit more of a Family Manager role, allowing me to lend an extra hand to the parents as almost a personal assistant to them as well. My ultimate goal is to take as much stress off the parents as possible. With that in mind I love to help clean up, do laundry, prep snacks, do dishes, whatever it may be.
