I became a Home Health Aide because caring for and nurturing others has always come naturally to me. As a mother and grandmother, caring for my family brings me great joy, and I bring that same patience, warmth, and thoughtfulness to the seniors I work with. I am quiet by nature, patient, understanding, and a good listener. I especially enjoy working with seniors who are independent but would like companionship and a little extra support. I enjoy taking walks, sharing stories, having conversations, preparing light meals, helping around the home, and keeping up with familiar routines. I believe getting older shouldn't mean losing your independence. My goal is to offer a helping hand while allowing you to continue doing the things you enjoy. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable, respected, cared for, and truly seen. To me, caregiving is about getting to know you and helping you enjoy each day in a way that feels like you.
