About Dexter

I started my career working with children at the YMCA of Greater Springfield during my undergraduate college years. Through my positions at summer camps and after school programs, I have worked with children with various disabilities. After undergrad, I worked as a 1:1 paraprofessional in a life skills program at East Longmeadow High School. I worked with a student with severe autism and ran many ABA and life skills programs with him. I am currently employed at Ludlow Public Schools working in a behavioral program, mainly with students with social emotional needs, some who fall on the autism spectrum. I am also an in home behavior therapist through Key Autism Services. I provide in home therapy to a family with five children on the autism spectrum. At this current time, I am providing Telehealth services due to the pandemic but would not be opposed to going into the home.
