Long before I became a therapist, I was a granddaughter helping care for my elderly grandparents -- managing appointments, offering emotional support, and learning that true care is rooted in patience, dignity, and presence. Now, as a Master's-level therapist with a strong background in elderly mental health, I bring both clinical knowledge and genuine compassion into companionship roles. I understand how to support emotional wellbeing, recognize subtle changes, and create a calm, respectful environment where older adults feel valued. For me, caring for elders is more than a skillset -- it's personal. Our loved ones deserve support that feels human, safe, and deeply attentive.
