I have 10 + years of experience in personal home care for elderly and disabled clients and provide compassionate and reliable care. I have many years of care with dementia clients. I have worked with healthy care agencies as well as private care. I assist clients with everyday activities and encourage independence. I provide emotional support and companionship. I provide help with everyday activities including bathing, dressing, grooming as well as any outdoors activities. I travel to and from Doctors appointments per schedule. I prepare nutritional meals and do light housekeeping run errands when needed. I communicate with family members and care support as well as journal the clients daily health when needed. I can do daily medications management when needed. I forward references when requested.
