Helping others learn brings great joy to my life! I am currently a CSU student working on my Bachelor's in Psychology with a Minor in Child Development. I have previous experience as a public tutor at Butte College's Center for Academic Success, where I worked with a variety of individuals including teen, adult, and elderly learners, as well as ESL (English Second Language) students. I have also worked as a tutor for children at home during the quarantine, and so I understand that while distance learning has its challenges, it is still possible to create a fun, engaging, and effective learning environment! I am able to offer hands on help with homework, and assist in the development of study plans to keep your child on track. While my area of expertise leans heavily towards English and Writing, I am comfortable tutoring a variety of subjects K to 12, and am willing to be flexible in order to cater to your child's individual needs!
