I worked for the Health Departments of 2 cities in Dallas for 11 years before studying Massage and Nutrition/Healthy Life coaching. I have been mentored by many who like me enjoy studying restoring health and energy naturally. I worked for a friend's elder care for a few months 2 years ago. I enjoy getting things accomplished for the elderly, as I miss my amazing mom and grandmother. I volunteered with an elderly veteran a few years ago. I have helped clean, cook healthy delicious meals, run errands, stayed the night with post surgery patients, coach fun healthy lifestyle to restore energy and purpose. I have been mentored by several amazing professionals. I had to reboot my health 15 years ago and saw how easy it can be. I am mentored weekly by a Dietician and retired nurse as I coach my clients. I enjoy the elderly so much with their great insight and amazing stories. I got to live close to my mother and grandmother in their elder years. It was an amazing blessing.
