I was a home health aide for this wonderful woman who had dementia , I cooked, cleaned and made sure she was always comfortable . We found was to cope with the memory loss and would do activities to help maintain her memory . I enjoy taking care of people in general but what I love most about taking care of an elderly person is the wisdom and experience they have and love to share , some do some don't and that's okay whatever the client is comfortable with .
