I have been an assistant director at a camp for 3 years working with ages 5-12. I started off working in a daycare for 4 years from ages 4 months old to 4 years old. I have 5 years as a behavior technician working with amazing children with autism! I have spent 3. 5 years working in a trauma 1 emergency room. I am currently in school to be a psychiatric nurse!

Where do I start! She is amazing. We relocated from San Francisco because of my husbands job. She started off as a temp nanny for the first 2 weeks and we kept her for 5 months. She's showed us around, have us resources, and cared for our little one. She cooks, she cleans, handles daily tasks and even cares for our little puddle Buddy! She has a set routine which I love. She made us feel like this is our new home! Unfortunately, some things came up for her so she had to go but when she's back, we will definitely rehire her! Good luck in nursing school, we are counting on you.

My wife interviewed her so I knew she had to be amazing. We needed dare at the last moment and she responded. She communicated what she is comfortable with and what not. We love her! Our twins with autism love her, we definitely want to have her around more.

My in laws interviewed her over the phone and I interviewed her in person. Her communication skills are GREAT and she is very punctual. She is hands on, I didn't have to remind her of anything, she is a very QUICK learner! I wish I had a stable schedule because I'd love to keep her! For day time shifts, we will definitely contact her.

My interviewed Zana and believed she'd be a great fit so we hired her. She is great, she's goes into mommy mode right away. Good management and communication skills. My wife and I love that she has agendas planned and she does light house work which is a plus. We have cats and dogs, they also receive care from Z as well! We had her for 6 months and we are sad that we are moving 50 miles away from her. We wish you well on school!

We loved Zana's qualifications. Although, we setup an interview with her to which she was a no show, and with no contact. We were disappointed as she was our top choice on paper! 

Zana is excellent with time management and having activities planned. She is very respectful and helpful.  I've hired her for 2 weeks and it turned into 4 months because of the care she provides to my daughter that is disabled. She had so much patience and was very passionate. I had a last minute call in to go to work and I called her, I told her it was ok if she brings her children and she came to get my daughter and included her in their daily plans. Sadly, my husband is back and I don't need her help but whenever my husband travels again, I will be sure to contact Zana for care. She's fantastic.

Zana was referred to me by my college friend, Brittney and i do not regret it, we love her just as much as B. does! She is very passionate and very punctual. She is very hands on with activities as well and i LOVE that she plans an agenda and she asks questions pertaining to my household. I live in a mansion so we have a bell at the gate which i appreciate her asking are any family or friends allowed on premises because i will be absent! The only down thing to Zana is that she lives in Roxbury so she doesn't mind traveling the 30 miles to my house but i would love it more if she was closer. Definitely would recommend her to family and friends. Also, good luck in school! 

First things first, Zana is amazing! The funny thing is, I work with Zana in the NICU at the hospital but she is per Diem and she only does day shifts so I never got a chance to see her! As I'm speaking to my Co worker about finding a sitter for my children and mom until my husband comes back from a business trip, she mentions Zana and said she's awesome! I kind of figured that because she works in the NICU and this whole team is great. I booked her and we talked and I have to say, she took very good care of my my children which my son has Cerebral palsy and very good care of my mom who has dementia. My house was tidied up, everyone including my mom was bathed, fed, AND medicated. I hope in the future, I work with her, she provided amazing care to my love ones. 

Based on Zana's reviews and her profile, i decided to hire her! I am new to the site so i clicked that i hired her and she responded IMMEDIATELY asking to give her a call so we can discuss details which was PERFECT because contacting her would be my next step. What i like most about Zana is that she doesn't smoke, i have a daughter with ADHD and asthma so a non smoker person is key! She was on top of everything such as needing emergency contact information, if my kids had any allergies, certain diets, knowing if their was a specific routine, and asking if shes allowed to answer the house phone or if i have expected company and if she should open the door! For someone that is 24 years old, she is VERY professional and passionate about what she does. I also like that she speaks English fluently but she also understands and speaks a little Spanish which is a plus! I HIGHLY recommend her and definitely plans to book her when i go on maternity leave! Thank you, Zana!

I am a young mom so I was very skeptical about hiring a stranger I didn't know! My daughter has been diagnosed with autism and she's not developing at the speed she should. I needed someone to watch her at the last moment and someone who I can trust to take time and be patient with my daughter that can't tell you what she wants right away or can't tell you what's wrong right away. I interviewed and hired Zana and I love her. I stayed around the first two hours and she is very hands on and she gave my daughter so many options for activities and had patience with my daughter when something was wrong which is BIG. I would hire her again, she is fantastic and I think she would be amazing as a registered nurse! If I ever need a sitter, I'd definitely keep her in mind as she gave me her contact information!!

Full of manners and activities! I actually booked her a few times on another site for one time jobs. I haven't seen her on there lately so my husband and I have been booking other sitters for our date nights and I was recommend this site because there are plenty of sitters and nannies. I seen her and my husband and I booked her IMMEDIATELY! She is lovely and she's came to us at the last moment which she's more flexible when you let her bring her kids. She'll work any hours, she's amazing! My family loves her and her children.
