About Desiree

I'd describe my personality as creative, dependable, and kind. I started to work with children back in high school because I love watching them learn and grow. I have my Child Development Associate, awarded by the Council for Professional Recognition. I have earned my bachelor's degree at FGCU with a major in psychology and a minor in education and forensic studies. My main focus is child growth and development. I can care for multiple children, of all ages, at one time. I am First-Aid/CPR/AED certified in infants, children, and adults. I can provide swim-supervision, light housework, homework help, transportation, and more. In my spare time, I am volunteering for those with intellectual disabilities and the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
