As a dedicated and experienced childcare provider, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and well-being. With over three years of experience, I've had the privilege of caring for children between the ages of 0 and 11. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and positively impact their lives. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my friendly and approachable demeanor, allows me to build strong relationships with both the children I care for and their families. I believe in open and honest communication, and I keep parents updated about their child's day through written daily reports and verbal communication during pickup. I also make sure to follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure their comfort and convenience. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead.
