Greetings-I had taken an early retirement from full time work, having worked as a HUD funded Service Coordinator (similar to social worker) at a low-income senior/disabled housing complex. I also previously worked for Aurora Healthcare as well, on the business end and within a senior clinic. I am a college grad, and a non smoker. I'm young for my age and active. I helped to take care of my parents until ages 83 and 100! I've also done some part time senior, child and pet care. I am seeking part time work and am great with seniors (including dementia). I love animals, should there be pets. I've won cooking and baking contests, so meal prep is no problem if that is needed. You'll find me to be prompt, responsible, and caring, and I look forward to helping you out.

Denise was such an asset in helping us assist mom in maintaining her independence in senior housing. She came in 3-4 evenings a week for 2 hours to offer companionship visiting, sharing a snack and prompting to get ready for bed when needed until her Parkinson's and Dementia required her to go into Assisted Living/Memory Care.
