About Denise

Hello, I'm Denise. I'm the mother of a high school senior. I raised my son while also working with several wonderful nannies, which gave me a strong understanding of the care, safety, and consistency parents look for. I had a successful career in government contracting supporting high-level leadership, where professionalism, responsibility, discretion, and strong judgment were essential. I bring that same calm, dependable approach into childcare. I started working with children at 17 as a youth counselor and continued through volunteer work with children's organizations. My goal is to help children feel comfortable and safe while their parents are away, while keeping them engaged, happy, and on track with things like homework and daily routines. My strengths are keeping children safe, keeping them engaged, and organizing their time so homework and activities get done without stress. I enjoy boating, travel, time with my son, and playing with my dog at the beach.
