For the past 10 years, I've been dedicated to helping students unlock their full potential through personalized tutoring. With a graduate degree and experience creating Individualized Education Programs (IEP), I focus on building confidence and a genuine love for learning in elementary students. I actively listen to and observe students to understand their individual learning styles, adapting my methods with visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrating successes, and breaking down complex problems. Communication is key, and I provide regular updates to parents to ensure a collaborative learning environment. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of my work.
