My name is Denise and I am interested in the personal aide care position, working part time hours. I am currently working as a program director for a non profit agency for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. I oversee several group homes and ensure that our residents are given excellent care and ensure that they are living the best quality of life. I have experience working with the medically fragile, which includes individuals who are non ambulatory and uses a wheel chair. I have training in Hoyer lifts, transfer techniques and crisis intervention. I am certified in CPR, first aid, Diabetes training which includes insulin management and defensive driving training.
