I'm Dena, a Reading Specialist and Educational Therapist with over 11 years of experience helping students build confidence, improve literacy skills, and develop effective learning strategies. I hold a Master's degree in Reading, Literacy, and Language Arts and have worked with students from preschool through middle school in private school and one-on-one settings. My specialty is helping students who need extra support with reading, comprehension, writing, organization, and executive functioning skills. My approach is patient, encouraging, and personalized. I focus on understanding each student's unique learning style and creating strategies that help them become more independent and confident learners.
