We hired Mr. D since our baby was 5 months old. He is absolutely the best. He takes great care of our baby, that we can see he cares our son dearly. He never leaves sight of the baby, never takes personal calls or messages around the baby. He is also never late or has to leave early. He plans each day with different theme toys. Our son runs to his backpack to see what he brings every morning! As our son grows, he plans different activities to encourage with exploring and practicing the developmental milestones. He taught our son sign languages and fun expressions. And the list goes on. Our son started daycare a few days a week but when we can we still have Mr. D come for sitting, because I know our son would be waiting for him and wants to go to the park with him! I highly recommend Mr. D if you are not only looking for someone to take care of your baby but also someone to nurture and help your baby grow.
