My name is Demarsah, but I go by Marshay. I've been working in healthcare for over six years. I started in behavioral health, where I developed strong skills in patient advocacy, crisis intervention, and creating safe, supportive environments for individuals with mental health needs. I later became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), which allowed me to gain hands-on experience in direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and building meaningful relationships with those I care for. With my background in both behavioral health and independent living support, I bring a well-rounded approach, along with compassion and dedication to improving each individual's quality of life.
