My top three skills as a caregiver are compassion, experience with complex care needs, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, patience, and respect, and I take pride in providing personalized care that meets each individual's unique needs. I have over 16 years of experience supporting seniors and adults with dementia, Alzheimer's, memory issues, developmental disabilities, mobility challenges, and other conditions that require patience and understanding. I am comfortable working with individuals who have different personalities, behaviors, and levels of care needs, including those who require additional physical support. My resilience, emotional strength, and ability to handle stressful situations allow me to provide dependable care while creating a supportive environment.
