Della is an amazing caregiver! She has been so attentive and caring to our mother. She is sensitive, conscientious, capable, and extremely empathetic. She goes above and beyond with respect and love for others. 

Della initially seemed like an incredible caregiver for my mother-in-law with dementia. But she abruptly resigned siting finances despite being paid fully for her services. She had poor communication when we attempted to discuss finances even in the beginning. She did not show up or call out for her last shift. Our elderly mother has had numerous caregivers over the last three years. I have not met any who have shown the level of genuine care and professionalism that Della exhibited. She genuinely loves what she does. She is one of a kind!

I can't say enough good things about Della to do her justice. I had to go through several people before I could find one that was dependable. I knew right away when I saw her work ethic, knowledge and caring ways that my mother was in fantastic hands.  She is very trustworthy and I believe she views her job as a life mission to help people. She was always early and never let us down in any way. She was great with my father also and always went the extra mile. She is definitely a great example of her trade and a great person in general.

I don't know what I would do without Della!  Her work ethic is excellent. She is a self starter and is passionate about her calling to be a caregiver.  She tries to keep my dad on the go which was his lifestyle before his stroke and falls. 
She keeps him engaged and alerts me when I need to get involved. Because I live an hour away, I rely on her to keep me informed.  I know my dad is safe and well taken care of in her care.

Della is an unbelievable care giver. She knows how to handle all the different patient personalities. She became a part of the family.
