About Delilah

I've worked with children since I was 15, starting as a volunteer in elementary classrooms at Packer. Since then, I've been a counselor, babysitter, and nanny. I graduated from Kenyon College in 2022, where I studied drama, psychology, and anthropology. My studies shaped the way I engage with children: with creativity, empathy, and patience. I prioritize building genuine relationships with children & creating an environment where they feel understood and supported. Whether through play or everyday tasks, I aim to foster confidence, compassion, curiosity, and emotional growth. I work closely with families to ensure that care feels cohesive & supportive for parent and child. I'm happy to assist with homework, school pickups, bedtime routines, tutoring, meal prep, light household chores, extracurricular activities, and pet care. Families often describe me as warm, dependable, emotionally intelligent, creative, and fun - someone who brings both stability and joy to a child's daily life.
