About Alexa

I'm a creative, nurturing, and attentive person who loves working with kids to create safe and loving environments. I find joy in helping kids feel supported, heard, and confident while encouraging creativity and play. Being able to positively impact a child's growth and happiness is very meaningful to me. With experience caring for kids since I was 15, I've developed strong skills in creativity, patience, and building connections. I currently work with ages 3-15 and have completed an elementary school observation. Building on that, I'd also like to mention that I've had experience working with infants, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of childcare needs across different ages. I'm looking for a role where I can make a positive impact, feel fulfilled, and use my creativity and patience in a supportive environment. In my spare time, I enjoy studying, reading, gym, Pilates, gaming, baking, and trying new recipes.
