About Delaney

For the past 10 years, I've dedicated myself to providing exceptional childcare for children aged 1 through 12+. I have spent the last 6 Summers working with kids ages 6-40 with Autism, Down syndrome and ID. I find joy in fostering their growth and development. I am a sophomore in college with a major in Sociology and double minor in TR and Comms. I plan to become a BCBA! My approach is patient and friendly. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I have some ASL experience! I also communicate with them using their preferred method. My goal is to provide a reliable and supportive environment for both children and their families. I am comfortable caring for up to 4 children. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. Ultimately, I aim to be more than just a caregiver; I want to be a positive influence in your child's life, creating memories and experiences we can all cherish.
