Extremely unreliable wasn’t able to provide care for my kids consistently because her kids were always sick or her mother was unable to care for them and when she did provide Care, she sat on the phone the whole time even when you want to talk to her about business, she is still sitting on the phone with her boyfriend or a friend on mute. Very unreliable and also wanted accommodations for her family also asked to have a friend come over with her to work
