About Delaney

Hi! My name is Delaney. I am a kind, compassionate, and hardworking girl who truly enjoys working with children and families. In summer 2023, I worked as a teacher's aide in a preschool, where I gained hands-on experience with diaper changes, daily routines, mealtime prep, and engaging children in fun learning activities. This role strengthened my patience, multitasking skills, and ability to create a safe, positive environment for every child. I am currently a second-year nursing student at Maryville University, working toward becoming a NICU nurse. My education has strengthened my knowledge of child development, safety, and health. Families can feel confident knowing their children are with someone responsible, attentive, and genuinely caring.
