I wish I could give Delaney 1000 stars because she's THAT AMAZING! Delaney took care of our 2 young kids 35-40 hours per week for almost a year so we know her really well! She's extremely dependable and so good with kids. She was organized, always came up with creative activities and projects for the kids, kept both kids on a schedule, and helped our toddler learn numbers, letters, colors, etc. Delaney was always very calm and patient with both kids, even when helping our toddler work through some big emotions / tantrums. She was also always extremely communicative with us about what was going on with our kids or letting us know well in advance if she needed to adjust her schedule. Our kids were 3 years old and 6 months old when she started with us and 4 years old and almost 1.5 years old by the end of our time together. We mutually parted ways because we both moved. We miss "Miss Delaney" every day. If you need any childcare help, Delaney is the best!!
