About Delaney

Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is the cornerstone of my three years of tutoring experience. I specialize in elementary math, where I aim to create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment. By actively listening and observing how a student interacts with new material, I tailor my methods to fit their unique style. When concepts become challenging, I keep students motivated by celebrating small successes and providing consistent positive reinforcement. I believe open communication builds the trust necessary for a collaborative relationship between student, parent, and tutor. Nothing compares to the joy of witnessing a student's "aha!" moment or watching their confidence grow as they master new skills. I am comfortable with pets and happy to meet at your home, a library, or online. I truly look forward to helping your child discover how capable they are.
