Hi, I'm Delaney! I'm 19 and a freshman in college. I'm a Psychology major currently attending Loyola University Maryland. I have been working in a daycare setting for over a year (15 months) and have been babysitting since I was 13. I am accustomed to caring for multiple children at a time. I was a teacher for 2-year-olds, and have the most experience with ages 2-5. I personally use gentle/responsive parenting techniques and montessori teachings but I am comfortable with whatever you would like to implement. I have 4 dogs and a lizard, so animals do not bother me. One this to note is that I have a disability that makes walking and standing for extended periods of time difficult. So I might not be the best pick for overly active children!
