Nikki started helping our family in January 2020 (before COVID) and was such a God send. Always on time. Flexible when my schedule demanded an extra half hour here and there. And then came COVID. Nikki and I committed to being our own tiny "family." She only visited my house and my girls only visited hers. I couldn't have asked for a better "partner" in handling the changes that have come at us almost every week since then. She cared for the girls primarily at my house till September; then she converted her dining room to a school room and has been caring for my girls and several other children 4 days a week. I don't know how she does it all, but virtual school has been a wonderful experience because of Nikki.
